I would give it an excellent rating, but I was disappointed that it is calibrated in foot-pounds (ft-lb). There is a calibration in kilogram-meters (kgm), but it is in decimal format. For example, it has 20 ft-lb and 2.8 kgm. In other words, 20-30-40-50, etc. are in ft-lb, while the kgm values are 2.8-4.2-5.5, etc.

It gets the job done, but you also need to exercise your math skills to adjust it to 40 Nm, for example.
(Update: It comes with a small booklet with lb-ft to Nm conversions.)

Overall, it has a nice feel and gives the impression of a quality tool.
