This review is about the quantity: 1000 gr

Excellent taste that impressed everyone. "Ithaki" is also the most cost-effective (quantity/weight) from the pebble range.
Ask for them to give you fresh ones. As the months go by, they dry out more and more on the inside. Not dramatically, but there is a difference between the chocolate produced 1 month ago and the one produced 6 months ago, let alone the one produced 1.5 years ago... And the one from 1.5 years ago will still be nice and impressive. Just if you try the ones from 1 month and 1.5 years at the same time, you will immediately notice the difference.
They withstand mild wear and tear. I expected them to be more sensitive to high temperatures, impacts, and compression between the favors.
The size of each chocolate varies up to three times the size of the smallest one. In other words, you can find very small to very large ones in the same box. It is an interesting variety, unless someone is obsessed with symmetry.
