The Optex VXI-AM wired infrared motion sensor is designed for outdoor use and covers a 90° angle at a range of up to 12 m. It features two independent pyroelectric PIR elements and active IR antimasking. It triggers an alarm when both sensors detect motion, while SMDA Logic analyzes detection patterns in relation to environmental conditions to reduce false alarms.
