Minorities in Greece, as well as in the rest of the world, are continuously making their presence felt more intensely, seeking what they once dreaded, namely the recognition and official acknowledgment of their distinct identity.

However, the scientific community refuses to direct its attention to them to the extent they deserve, thus contributing from its side to their marginalization and isolation.

The goal of this book is to attempt, through the uniqueness of the "socio-psychological perspective," an initial approach to the presence of minorities within Greek schools.
