When we assembled it, we noticed that the lampshade was crooked. With minimal force, just to see if it would straighten, one of the metal rods supporting the base of the shade broke, as if it was glued with simple glue. Trying to see if it could be fixed, the other two broke as well. The welds of the metals are fake, so it is extremely fragile. Very poor construction, definitely not worth the money.
