The store I ordered them from was fine. However, the product is almost useless. The drill bits fit very loosely inside and wobble. The holes are not always at 90 degrees. Unreliable. I've had it for 2 years and used it 2-3 times at first out of necessity and then bought another one.

In general, it does its job. Where it falls short is when you want to drill straight holes, you have no way to keep it stable.
