    Ceramic

Ceramic knives are made from high-hardness ceramic material, usually zirconium oxide. This material makes them very sharp and resistant to wear, while they do not oxidize or alter the taste of food. However, they are brittle and may break if dropped or used on hard materials.

The description is wrong, as can be seen from the pictures.

They are not ceramic knives, they are stainless steel with a non-stick ceramic coating.

Now, as stainless steel knives, they are good, with a sharp blade.
They are not dishwasher safe. It remains to be seen how long the blade will stay sharp.
