The Fanvil X4U wired IP phone features 12 SIP lines and two color displays: a 2.8-inch main display and a 2.4-inch side display, each with a resolution of 320 × 240 pixels. The three LED-backlit line keys and 30 DSS keys provide access to the device’s functions, while the phonebook and call log each store up to 1,000 entries.

It supports HD audio, the G.722 and Opus wideband codecs, and audio conferencing for three or six participants, depending on the version. Gigabit network connectivity, PoE, IPv6, and compatibility with EHS headsets support features commonly used in reception areas and call centers. Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi connectivity are available via a USB dongle.
