    It works reliably on Windows 10 and 11 and on Debian.
    It does not have drivers. Obviously, they are provided with the operating system (whichever it may be).
    It achieves the 1000Mbps it claims to achieve and I did not notice any disconnections or anything.

    It is suitable for all of us old-school types who absolutely need fast Ethernet connection to communicate with our NAS for bulk file transfer. And the new laptops do not have Ethernet, so you want to break them.

    Prefer the one with a type-C USB connector instead of one with the usual wide standard-A, because the new laptops provide a completely useless type-C port instead of multiple standard-A ports, and this way you ensure that the type-C does not go to waste.

    (I may sound a bit annoyed with the new laptops, but still, luckily, with this tool I found my mental health).
