I have been using it for a long time because I can't find any other alternative. If they are filled with water from the faucet, they will be very swollen and lose a lot of size. If they are filled by touching the faucet, they will either burst (regardless of water pressure) at that moment or when turned upside down to close them. If someone is lucky, they might get 2/10 per package. And in case they manage to fill some properly and close them without bursting, they will lose water in the freezer.
