I bought it because I read somewhere that if you use it with cotton buds in your ears, combined with 1 tablespoon of linseed oil and 0.5 teaspoons of baking soda in half a glass of water after a meal, it helps with ear buzzing! After using the apricot oil and soda (I couldn't handle the linseed oil) for a month, the buzzing has decreased by 50%!!!! It's a bit expensive, of course, but it saved me, so it's worth it!!
