High-quality alkyd solvent primer with excellent anti-corrosion properties and high durability thanks to the new technology of non-toxic anti-corrosion pigments. It is applied to metal surfaces such as railings, agricultural machinery, car bodies, etc., providing effective protection against rust. It ensures excellent coverage, as it works smoothly and spreads wonderfully, creating a uniform matte surface before the application of the final color.

Surface Preparation:

• The surface must be dry, stable, and clean of dust, residues, and flaky old paint.
• In case of old rust, sand the surface with suitable sandpaper.
• For surface degreasing, use KRAFT BRUSH DILUENT. Wet sanding is recommended for surface preparation.
• On new surfaces: Before color application, apply 1-2 coats of KRAFT RUST BLOCKER and lightly sand with wet sanding after 24h.
• On painted surfaces: Remove all residues of flaky paint and apply 1-2 coats of KRAFT RUST BLOCKER. After 24 h, lightly sand the surface and apply the appropriate final color.

Application Instructions:

• Ready to use. If necessary, before starting painting, dilute 5-10% v/v with KRAFT BRUSH DILUENT and mix well.
• In case of air gun application, dilute 5-10% v/v with KRAFT NITRO 1100.
• Suitable painting tools: Brush, roller, or air gun.
• Apply 1-2 coats of KRAFT RUST BLOCKER for optimal results.
• Then apply 2 coats of KRAFT final color.
• Apply only in open or well-ventilated spaces.
• Minimum recoat time 24 hours.
• Surface drying in 1-2 hours at 25°C and 50% relative humidity. Drying time is affected by weather conditions.
• Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C and above 35°C and over 65% relative humidity.

Post-Application Instructions:

• Immediately clean tools after use with KRAFT BRUSH DILUENT, followed by warm water and soap.
• Tightly seal the container for it to remain in good condition for future use and store it before and after use in a cool place away from sun or frost exposure.
