    The motherboard broke after a year and a half. It had a very specific problem (or so I thought at first). The VRMs have failed. The issue manifests as random restarts on its own, when and if it boots.

    VRMs are the "chips" responsible for converting and balancing the current going to the processor.

    I had to lower the speed/clock of the processor from 4.4GHz to 800MHz. (AMD Ryzen 7 3700x)

    800MHz at 0.9 Volts!!!!

    UNACCEPTABLE!!

    I WILL NEVER BUY AN MSI MOTHERBOARD AGAIN!

    The motherboard broke after a year and a half. It had a very specific problem (or so I thought at first). The VRMs have failed. The issue manifests as random restarts on its own, when and if it boots.

    VRMs are the "chips" responsible for converting and balancing the current going to the processor.

    I had to lower the speed/clock of the processor from 4.4GHz to 800MHz. (AMD Ryzen 7 3700x)

    800MHz at 0.9 Volts!!!!

    UNACCEPTABLE!!

    I WILL NEVER BUY AN MSI MOTHERBOARD AGAIN!
