It features many practical pockets, a double ID holder, a d-ring, and a radio loop. It has reflective tape for increased visibility, a D-ring for keys or ID cards, and a double ID holder (which allows the use of both vertical and horizontal ID card display). 

It is made from durable 100% polyester fabric and closes with a zipper.
