    I will start with the only positive, it supports a Greek menu.
    The rest are negatives:
    1) You cannot sell houses; it does not give you the option either with the + button or through the laptop.
    2) The box only had one disc thrown in without any instruction manual.
    3) There is no digital user guide available online.
    4) The goal of the game is to sell a house and renovate; you only do renovations, you don't sell, the game doesn't allow you to.
    5) For the €30 I paid, I received nothing in terms of quality.

    I found the solution; essentially, you need to press the R joystick inward, not the button.
    But still, the opinion about the money is poor; at this price, they should have included the full package with gardens, etc.
