The El Diamant coating, which is made from mineral particles combined with the properties of cast aluminum, ensures extremely healthy cooking without the use of fat at low or medium temperatures so that the food retains its nutritional values.

Care and usage instructions:

  • Before using the cookware, wash them with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Dry them completely and coat with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while empty.
  • Do not leave them on the fire while empty or without contents.
  • Cast aluminum is a very good heat conductor.
  • Continuous overheating could damage the coating.
