Description

Description

The model A5600F from the company Hisense, has a screen size of 40". The minimum recommended viewing distance for this size is 1.5m and the maximum is 2.5m. This size is recommended for placement in living rooms, or larger rooms.

The resolution of the TV is Full HD. TVs with Full HD resolution are aimed at consumers looking for higher image quality compared to HD Ready TVs. The Full HD resolution, which amounts to 1920 x 1080 pixels, offers more detailed image reproduction, making these TVs suitable for watching movies, sports events, gaming, and other entertainment activities with higher demands on image quality.
They are usually aimed at consumers looking for good image quality without investing in more expensive TVs with higher quality resolutions, such as 4K.

The panel of the TV is Direct LED. The main advantages of the Direct LED panel in televisions are uniform brightness across the entire screen, improved contrast, and deeper black representation. The panel consists of multiple small LEDs placed behind the screen and can be controlled individually to offer greater accuracy in color reproduction and improved contrast. Also, televisions with Direct LED panels are usually less expensive compared to OLED and QLED televisions of similar sizes.

This model belongs to the broader family of Smart TVs. Smart TVs represent the evolution in television technology, as they incorporate Internet functions, allowing browsing of websites and the use of online applications (e.g., Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, etc.). They are, therefore, an example of technological convergence between computers and televisions. The latest Smart TVs have the capability of full Internet browsing, while older ones support access only to popular websites (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Twitter) through appropriate applications.

A very satisfactory television for its price. The sound is fine for me, but I don't have any particular demands. It basically runs on Android, so it has built-in Chromecast, but Hisense has added a skin called VIDAA on top of it, so the interface doesn't look like Android TV, even though it is. I've had it for a year and everything is good. The picture quality is good and its size is very convenient for comfortable viewing. I don't know what more someone could want from a €250 television.

Unacceptable! The remote control only changes channels. All the other buttons do not work. The television does not have buttons for sound or channels, not even an on-off button. Defective product, failed purchase

I got it in January and it's June now, and when it's connected to the internet, it freezes so much that it doesn't even download the sound!

The first 2 weeks it worked perfectly, but later it started freezing. It would freeze so much that sometimes I couldn't even change the sound, let alone use the apps (Netflix, uefa.tv, youtube) as they would freeze so much that they almost didn't work

The first impression is very good, I just opened it a little while ago. The TV has almost no bleeding in absolute black. (The brand new nanosel 50 I have is unacceptable from the first moment). It has a smooth picture, good sound, a metallic back, and a plastic finish at the bottom. The bezel is almost zero around the edges. Very easy internet connection, I will come back for more information.
Update. My TV has frozen twice, it wouldn't change channels or turn off from the remote control or the TV button.
It has lost connection three times and only reconnects with a factory reset. Tomorrow I will contact the service again.
Update. 22-11 Delivery for service and replacement of the main board.
Update. 8-12 TV received after 15 days and the next day it froze again. After two days, it started losing connection with WiFi, the only solution being to disconnect it from power or perform a factory reset. Unacceptable.

Bought it yesterday out of necessity and because it was in stock. Utterly unacceptable for the amount of money. I wouldn't even give half if I knew. The User Manual only shows the buttons on the Remote Control. No instructions for the settings. I searched on the INTERNET and found accurate instructions, but in English and various other languages, except Greek of course, and with a different Remote Control, so useless. Terrible picture quality, viewing angle is disgraceful. I'm crying over my money.

Normal quality image. Processor really slow. Network needs regular reconnection (WiFi). As a second TV it can be used but I would still recommend giving something more and getting something from Samsung, LG, Sony, Panasonic, etc. I don't think it's worth even the 209€ I got it for, unless it's just for simple use of terrestrial digital channels. In this case, okay.
