Bought on Saturday 03/02, worked on Saturday and Sunday, and on Monday it wouldn't turn on at all. Contacted the company and they told me to take it for replacement to the store where I bought it, as it hadn't been 15 days since the day of purchase. At the store, they gave me a new one, but when I placed the bottle at home, I realized that it doesn't light up at all!! I contacted the company again and they told me to take it to their service center in Kallithea, where I took it. They had to keep it for 2 days at the store and then they told me to go and pick it up as the problem was that the spark plug was malfunctioning and that's why the stove wasn't lighting up, but it was repaired. I really went through so much trouble going back and forth from Nea Ionia initially and then Kallithea (I live in Ilion) and now after a few days of use, I realize that instead of struggling with the supposed electronic ignition it has, it's better to light it up with a lighter!!! And no, it's not worth its money. The 2 stars and many are...

I believe that a balanced retail pricing should range between €45 to €75 for it to be considered as a quality product that meets all the necessary specifications for good functionality.

First of all, let's talk about these products... there is no perfect combustion, only imperfect combustion, which depends mainly on the construction of the product or the fuel mixture. For this reason, and considering the result of the action-reaction of oxygen combustion, indoor gas heaters SHOULD NOT:
1) be used while sleeping,
2) be used in apartments, houses, or any other sealed or closed spaces with sealed windows and doors, basements, bathrooms, bedrooms, vehicles, or caravans (do you get the general idea and correlation?),
3) be used as clothes dryers or coffee/tea makers, or for heating any other hot beverages,
4) be used as a popular mode of transportation!

Now, let's talk about the do's and don'ts:
1) The heater should always be used in well-ventilated spaces (I don't mean air that can fly a kite on a clean Monday),
2) The gas cylinder should always be in an upright position,
3) Never press the ignition button for more than 30 to 45 seconds (the usual time is up to 15 seconds),
4) After each use, make sure to clean the heating plates with a damp (almost dry) cloth,
5) If the heater is not used for a period equal to the age of the universe (whatever that means), then check if the red-orange hose is dry or flexible (we want it to be flexible) and also check 4-5 other small things (as small and insignificant as the air we breathe), which should be checked by a specialized technician.

Read again... up there... at the beginning... and add the following... This specific heater has the ability to use G30, G31, and their mixtures. Additionally, check carefully if any part is missing from your heating plates (maybe it's broken). Lastly, if it blows away a kite at one meter, then something is wrong with the spot where you're trying to light it... (!)

Second complaint:
There is no spark, and I have to use a match or a lighter to ignite it.

My friend, here you need a specialist because either there is a problem with the piezoelectric switch or the electrical cable is faulty, or the position of the spark is misaligned with the gas flow.

Third complaint:
If I stop pressing the ignition button, the heater goes off! Should I be worried, doctor?

My friend, here you also need a specialist because there might be a problem with the thermostat or the thermomagnetic valve. And of course, if you see a polar bear next to you, it means either you are close to their natural habitat or the temperatures where you live are out of this world.

This specific gas heater with piezoelectric ignition and ceramic plates as heat conductors, besides its slightly higher price (€110), meets all the necessary characteristics for which I purchased it. The rating is given based on its actual features, not on what I WOULD LIKE it to have or due to my ignorance, I mix up stars and planetary systems with the help of Darth Vader!

I can use a gas cylinder of up to 15kg. The injector size (mm) is at 0.59 mm while the nominal flow pressure (mbar) ranges between 28~30/37 mbar. It has 3 settings (minimum/medium/maximum). I use it as a secondary or even tertiary heat source option. It has the ability to heat up with relative satisfaction up to 30-40m2 under normal space insulation capabilities, while outside temperatures range up to 5°C cold.
