The belt is very good for weightlifting (squats, deadlifts, overhead press, etc.). I have had it since 11/17/21 and I use it at least twice a week for the exercises I mentioned with heavy weights, and it hasn't had any issues!
Pros:
- It is made of genuine leather and is sturdy.
- It fastens easily and allows you to adjust it according to your waist size for a proper fit.
Cons:
- The leather used in its construction may start to smell bad in a short period of time. The extent of the odor depends on how sensitive you are. It doesn't bother me.
- The leather easily absorbs sweat and the belt becomes discolored. It needs to be washed every ~3 months at most, depending on your usage.
Η ζώνη είναι πολύ καλή για άρση βαρών (καθίσματα, άρσης θανάτου, overhead press κτλπ). Την έχω από της 17/11/21 και την χρησιμοποιώ τουλάχιστον 2 φορές την εβδομάδα στης ασκήσεις που ανέφερα με πολύ βάρος, δεν έχει πάθει τίποτα!.
Θετικά:
- Είναι κατασκευασμένη από αληθινό δέρμα και στιβαρή.
- Κουμπώνετε πανεύκολα και σου δίνει δυνατότητα να ρυθμίσεις αρκετά ανάλογα με το πόσο μεγάλη είναι η μέση σου για να κουμπωθεί σωστά.
Αρνητικά:
- Με το δέρμα που έχει κατασκευαστή θα αρχίσει να μυρίζει άσχημα σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα. Το πόσο άσχημα είναι ανάλογα με το πόσο ευαίσθητος/η είσαι. Εμένα δεν με πειράζει.
- Το δέρμα απορροφάει τον ιδρώτα εύκολα και μαυρίζει η ζώνη, θέλει πλύσιμο κάθε ~3 μήνες το πολύ η ανάλογα την χρήση που κάνεις.
