Very good sweeping function. Sometimes the process seems to take longer than others. Emptying the bin is relatively easy. You need to use your hand or some tool to empty it properly. It gets tangled with fringes and very thin rugs, but that is expected. Its autonomy is sufficient to adequately sweep an 80 sqm house. I don't know about larger ones. The various sounds it makes are noticeable.
Mopping is almost non-existent. While it is one of the few vacuums that states in the manual that it accepts liquid cleaner and not just plain water, it clogged the system after the first use and now works only with water, mainly with its wet cloth, that is. Other robots "mop" relatively well with water.
I have had it for 3 years but I don't use it much. It is durable and a little problem it had at one point with a strange noise is probably due to the mishandling by the kids.
I'm not sure it returns to its base without issues. Sometimes it seems to get disoriented during the return. If you place it manually on its base, it requires somewhat delicate handling to start the charging process, so it's good for the base not to be in an hard-to-reach spot.
The noise is bearable (for non-fussy people), just BE CAREFUL with cats because they might get scared to a dangerous degree.
One of its big advantages is that it is very economical in consumption compared to manual vacuums.

I had it on my list for over a year until I found it at its lowest price and bought it. I ended up buying it for €129, which seems like a lot considering it only does half of the job it's sold for. I think it would have been a reasonable price at €80. They should consider removing the mopping function. From the first mopping, which I did very little of after realizing it doesn't work, it seems like it can't handle the weight of its container, which is very light. It drags, loses orientation completely, and turns around aimlessly as if it has dementia. The quality of the mopping is like dragging a baby wipe on the floor. I didn't expect it to be perfect, but certainly not like this. I am satisfied with the vacuuming function, but for my own standards, I never want to vacuum again with a regular vacuum cleaner. For others with higher standards, it won't be okay. As for the build quality, within a few months of using it once a week, it had a charging problem. However, the service process was easy, as I called Hoover and provided them with my information, and they referred me to a local store where I took it for free repair.

First of all, let me clarify that because I have synthetic carpets, their surface was always full of hairs that were difficult to clean. OK... the vacuum cleaner does not have mapping, however, it did not bother me at all since it did its job very well. It came out carefully from the little Vasoula and started cleaning everything in detail. It picked up ALL the hairs from the carpets to a degree that I did not expect (both the cat's and mine), while with the classic vacuum cleaner I had to go over and over with the brush for 40 hours and still the carpet was not completely clean of hairs!!! So I baptized her Marouska, appointed her my servant and she will now serve me on a daily basis so I don't have to deal with it. The carpets now without hairs have changed color and I am very happy because I don't have to scold my cat anymore because it sheds. Marouska will clean them!

I have not tried mopping yet, however, I will return with comments as soon as I try it. It is logical and expected to stumble upon all the furniture, although it did not cause any damage. It went back and forth in the same spots several times, but it does not have mapping as we said and gradually it will "learn" the space.

Marouska did an amazing job and with daily use, you have a permanently clean house and carpets! At the 149€ I bought it, I feel like I robbed a church! Excellent value for money!

An important plus point for me is that my cat is not afraid of it at all, while with the classic vacuum cleaner it used to run away!

Emptying the bin is very easy and I was shocked by how much hair the central brush collects, which I clean easily with a metal comb for lice (the same one that some children's products for lice have).

Another positive element is that the box includes two extra brushes-rotors and a replacement mopping cloth. It also has a brush to clean the filter.

It has strong suction and does a very good job, but ONLY if you remember to clean the bin EVERY TIME after using it!

No apps, no strange systems, no need for a master's degree in robotics to clean your house. Just press the button... and Marouska does the rest!

Too bad.. wasted money... and I was eagerly waiting for it to come and solve my hands' problem since there is a lot of hair in the house due to two long-haired big dogs.... from the moment I put it to sweep, I have to constantly be on top of it... instead of dealing with other tasks... it tries to squeeze into places it doesn't fit, and once it finally gets in, it can't get out and I have to lift the couch (corner) with one hand and fish out the broom with the other (my waist is gone).. it bumps into everything, making all sorts of noises...
it takes a long time to return to its charger, it goes around 20 times, leaves and comes back again and again... until I dunk it and park it myself..
it goes over some spots 5 times.. completely ignores others (it has an opinion)...
overall, not a good purchase, I regret it...
I'll mention the good part... it cleans quite well.. collects hair and crumbs.. I admit that..
in the end, I returned it assuming it was defective, that's why it couldn't see obstacles.. they kept it for a month.. and the response from the service was that it operates according to the manufacturer's specifications (Hoover, enjoy it!!! )..... and that's how they returned it to me to ruin my waist and furniture...

I will start with 3 stars and will upgrade if I have unfairly judged it:
I ordered this vacuum cleaner based on the reviews here and on foreign websites. The price was similar to the price of a well-known model from another company that maps, but since I read that the maps get lost when the internet quality drops and since I wasn't interested in remote activation, I bought this one. The brand, which has a good history with vacuum cleaners, also contributed to my decision. I want to clarify that I followed the instructions in the manual faithfully, which I studied thoroughly, watched countless foreign-language videos, and my house is completely minimal, without objects and cables on the floor, not many carpets, and no curtains touching the floor. On the first day in auto mode, after removing the mopping attachment, it passed through many areas multiple times with assistance because it was getting lost. It passed and re-passed through many spots, with a voice notification when it got stuck somewhere it "insisted" on going even though it couldn't fit in height. However, the dustbin was filled with dirt (see first use photo) that we didn't think existed in such a well-maintained house. Then I set it to start at a specific time the next day, but it didn't work. On the second day, I tried the mopping function. It's worth noting that unlike many other models and brands, you can use a small amount of cleaning solution with this one if desired. Also, to properly use the mopping function, you need to wet the cloth very well and twist the blue cloth before placing it, so the floor gets adequately moistened. I started it in the bathroom and bedrooms in parallel mode, and it did a relatively good job, except that it passed through the same spots many times and "refused to leave" one bedroom, so it went over it 5 times. In the end, I emptied it, cleaned it, added fresh water, and took it to the living room. That's where the difficulties began. In the dining room, it constantly got confused with the chair legs in auto mode, didn't pass through many spots, persisted in trying to go under the hanging heating bodies even though it couldn't fit, and of course, it couldn't climb on carpets unless I removed the water tank and took out the small pads. In the end, it "ran out of battery" and went back to the charger without completing the living room and the whole house, which has a total area of 110 sq.m.
As for tips, I will mention that it kept getting stuck repeatedly under the hanging toilet, I removed it, and the same thing happened again. So, I used a scale as a natural obstacle, and it avoids that problem.
Now, a few words about the service: After visiting 5 representatives: a store, Hoover service for large appliances, Hoover service, local service representative, none of them knew how to answer 2 basic questions. My first question was whether it is only ineffective at the beginning because it learns the space, if it learns the space and stores the information somewhere, or if it starts from scratch every time. My second question was whether it would be helpful during the "learning" stage to help it define each room by placing an obstacle (e.g., a box) as I saw in a video. However, the support for this product in Greece is very poor.
Of course, I will try it again in all the modes in its menu, but for now, unfortunately, I am not impressed. If it can't perform well in an organized space like mine, it will be difficult for it to perform in more cluttered houses. Also, since it is a robot, you expect it to do the work for you and not the other way around.

Update: even though it finished charging after 5 hours, it did not return to clean where it had left off, but it literally stayed still on its base without any care!

Update 2: 11/2023: after trying another well-known model that can be controlled through a mobile device, which I kept for only 6 months, I went back and bought a second Hoover, the same model, for my vacation home because:
1. compared to other models under 250 Euros, it does the best and most POWERFUL cleaning
2. even though I bought the exact same model (I don't know if there have been any improvements), the vacuum responds much better to the remote control for repeating or avoiding certain areas
3. the battery is sufficient for cleaning the entire house with one charge
4. it is one of the few with a height of 8 centimeters, which means it can go under almost all furniture. The other prevailing vacuum I looked at, priced at 300 Euros, was 9.5 centimeters, so it definitely had more capabilities, but since it couldn't fit under certain furniture - a task that would have to be done manually - it had no advantage
5. I bought the second vacuum for 158 Euros (more affordable than the first one due to the supplier), and for that price, it is the best in terms of value for money.

Issues that persist and one should consider are: 1. the customer support issue mentioned above 2. the issue of not finding spare parts or consumables through China, like you can for all models of other renowned companies (although I have already found out that some brushes from another vacuum fit perfectly) 3. it requires a lot of reading and studying the user manual in order to achieve the ideal detailed cleaning.

It is not the best robot vacuum in the world, but it is a decent robot vacuum that does not spy on my house for Chinese/American companies that get paid for my personal data while doing a simple sweeping/mopping.

In terms of construction quality, I can say that I do not see a difference compared to the more expensive, commercial automatic ones (judging based on the display models).

The automatic mode can meet the needs of even the most technology-illiterate person, as all you need to do is press the AUTO button and let the vacuum roam around and clean the space like a little busy beetle, so it is ideal for elderly people's homes, with the strict condition that they make sure not to trip over it while it is doing its job and that they have taken care to remove thick carpets, rugs, slippers, and cables from its path.
EDIT: In the end, the automatic mode is the one you will need in most cases, as it goes around the entire interior surface of the space about 2 times, then goes around the perimeter and corners about 2 times, and then returns to its base for charging.
While in the other modes, supervision is needed because it keeps going until it runs out of battery.

The remote control adds some additional functions which I have not explored yet, since the automatic mode meets my requirements, but it seems that through the remote control, one can overcome its biggest drawback: the corners of the house.
EDIT: In the end, one of the extra functions of the remote control is the perimeter and corner cleaning. When the basic cleaning is finished, I press the remote control to set the correct mode (a large square) and it starts cleaning around the perimeter and corners!

It has sensors that seem to prevent it from falling if it is on top of a staircase.

Regarding the battery, I am on the 4th use and I cannot tell if my model is defective or if I do not let it fully charge before closing it, so I will wait and see how it goes (and if it loses 1 star).
EDIT: It has been used quite a bit lately. I bought it primarily for my own house, which is only 45 sqm, but it also works in my parents' house (over 100 sqm) and it seems that the battery has not worn out yet (but I will continue to keep in mind its battery life).
Update 2023: The battery drains excessively quickly and if it stays unplugged for 1 week in standby mode, it completely drains even if the switch is set to OFF (-1 star).

Also, I am impressed that all the moving parts (brushes, mop) and the battery can be easily replaced, which means it is designed for long-term use and overall it seems that if properly maintained (cleaning the sensors and brushes, proper battery charging, proper usage), it may last for many years.

When I opened it, I made sure to record it on video and I have already taken some shots of how it cleans, so at some point, I will edit and upload a relevant presentation video on my channel.
