Description

Description

It uses less energy compared to other types of cooktops and cooking time is reduced by half. For example, water boils in less than 90 seconds. It is very easy to clean, as the area around the cookware remains cool, so anything spilled does not heat up and does not stick to the surface. A necessary requirement for this type of cooktops is that the cookware must be compatible with induction cooktops, meaning made of stainless steel or cast iron, as not all types of cookware can be used. Finally, if you have small children, it is considered the safest option. It operates independently, meaning it can function on its own without the need for a connection to an oven. This means it can be placed anywhere in the kitchen that serves you best. It is suitable for combination with a countertop oven, as the oven can be placed anywhere, regardless of the cooktops.

The operation for selecting desired temperatures and settings is done digitally and through touch. All options are located at the bottom of the cooktop and are integrated into the surface. Therefore, all you need to start cooking is a few gentle touches with your finger.

Let me warn anyone who is about to buy it! Stay away from this junk. In every aspect. The right circuit board burned out as soon as the warranty expired (after 2.5 years) for no reason, while it was working for 1 hour at medium intensity, for absolutely no reason! Suddenly F47 error, it trips the main switch. No humidity in the house (it's new), for absolutely no reason at all. The service is a joke, you can't find them and the process is: €40 diagnosis, + spare part (I found a new board for €145 and they told me €180) + €80 repair (just plug and play the board). It's laughable, the junk they sell. I got scammed just like the others here, I also have a range hood of the same brand and I pray nothing happens to it.

Purchased in 07/2021 and by 05/2025 it short-circuits and none of the burners work. The repair is estimated at €300 and above (2/4 boards burned). I do not recommend it.

I have had it for 2 years (order made on 2.1.2021). From the beginning, it was difficult for all 4 burners to stay on at the same time.... Now, just a few days after the warranty expired, 2 burners stopped working... The other 2 are struggling. I will provide an update after contacting TEKA for service.

TEKA Service!!!! A joke, I have been trying for days to get through, I still haven't managed to speak to anyone. I called the service number, pressed 4 for connection, where I heard a drunk voice telling me that for service I need to call another number which is not audible. I have tried about 40 possible versions of what I hear... The "T" in TEKA must stand for Tragedy (for anyone who made the mistake of buying it)
