It doesn't have absolute accuracy, but it shows you if the temperature is dropping or not, which is incredibly convenient. I recommend it even for professionals... if you want absolute accuracy, you should get an oven thermometer anyway. So, I believe that for its price, it does an excellent job!

Δεν εχει απολυτη ακριβεια αλλα σου δείχνει αν πεφτει ή οχι η θερμοκρασια που ειναι φοβερα βολικό το συστήνω και επαγγελματίας να εισαι... αν θες απολυτη ακρίβεια θα πρεπει να παρεις θερμόμετρο φουρνου ουτως ή αλλως. Οποτε θεωρώ οτι για τα λεφτά του κανει εξερετικά την δουλεια του!
