I came back to the page because I'm trying to see if I have a warranty. It's been a year, maybe less, and the handle that locks onto the espresso machine and the whole process just stopped working and the coffee is coming out all wrong... plus the fact that this particular machine never made proper milk froth.

It takes several coffees for its taste to clear. It heats up relatively slowly, has a decent size as a device. The build quality seems good, but I've only had it for 4 months, so far so good. On average, it makes 2 coffees a day

It was not purchased from Skroutz. I have used another one from Izzy that made amazing froth and was generally very efficient - it made about 100, so I decided to try the Singer - this one doesn't even make decent froth, it just heats it up and bubbles it with air. However, it makes good espresso. It takes a long time to heat up and needs to be pressed twice for water to be pumped, the steam wand takes a long time to heat up and during the preparation of both coffee and froth, the light indicating that it is ready goes off. Overall, I would not recommend it.

Εχω χρησιμοποιήσει άλλη της Izzy που έκανε τρομερό αφρογαλο και γενικά ήταν πολύ αποδοτικη- έκανε γύρω στα 100 γι αυτό είπα να δοκιμάσω τη singer-, η συγκεκριμένη δεν κάνει καν αφρογαλο αξιολογο, απλά το ζεσταίνει και το φουσκώνει με μπουρμπουληθρες. Ωστόσο κάνει καλό εσπρέσσο. Αργεί να ζεσταθεί και χρειάζεται να πατηθεί δύο φορές το κουμπί για την άντληση νερού, το ακροφύσιο αργεί να ζεσταθεί και κατά της διάρκεια της παρασκευης και καφέ και αφρογαλου σβήνει η λυχνία που δείχνει ότι είναι ετοιμο . Excellent for daily use, both for ground coffee and for capsules! The preparations are done manually, meaning the dosage does not run automatically and stop by itself. A downside for me is that the steam at the nozzle is not strong enough and needs to be heated twice to achieve a somewhat decent froth, plus it could be a bit longer to better accommodate frothing the milk! Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend it for both experts and novices (as long as they read the manual)!
Εξαιρετική για καθημερινή χρήση και για αλεσμένο καφέ και για κάψουλα! Η παρασκευές γίνονται χειροκίνητα , δεν τρέχει αυτόματα η δοσολογία δηλαδή και να σταματάει μόνο του . Ένα μείον για εμένα γιατί στο ακροφύσιο δεν είναι αρκετά δυνατός ο ατμός και χρειάζεται δύο φορές να θερμανθεί ώστε να πετύχεις ένα κάπως αξιοπρεπές αφρογαλο , + θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο πιο μακρύ ώστε να βολεύει καλύτερα στο φούσκωμα του γάλατος ! Παρόλα αυτά θα την πρότεινα σίγουρα για γνώστες και μη (αρκεί να διαβάσουν το εγχειρίδιο) !

I am the owner of three identical machines. One at the country house and one at the office. I also got one for my father so that he wouldn't struggle and could enjoy a decent espresso. With Lavazza and Ily coffees that I have tried, even in Americano, the foam is so creamy that you can 'eat it with a spoon' and the taste is pure. I haven't tried the nozzle yet.

I bought it in November 2021 and have only used bottled water with it. After 15 months, it works just like the first day I took it out of the box.
Today, May 30, 2025, it still makes me coffee just like the first day I bought it. I drink 4 single espressos and in 24 hours I will drink at least 3 to 4, plus 3 doubles that my wife drinks, a total of 10 coffees daily and it just keeps going.

Today, May 30, 2025, it still makes me coffee just like the first day I bought it. I drink 4 single espressos and in 24 hours I will drink at least 3 to 4, plus 3 doubles that my wife drinks, a total of 10 coffees daily and it just keeps going.

I came back to the page because I'm trying to see if I have a warranty. It's been a year, maybe less, and the handle that locks onto the espresso machine and the whole process just stopped working and the coffee is coming out all wrong... plus the fact that this particular machine never made proper milk froth.

It takes several coffees for its taste to clear. It heats up relatively slowly, has a decent size as a device. The build quality seems good, but I've only had it for 4 months, so far so good. On average, it makes 2 coffees a day

It was not purchased from Skroutz. I have used another one from Izzy that made amazing froth and was generally very efficient - it made about 100, so I decided to try the Singer - this one doesn't even make decent froth, it just heats it up and bubbles it with air. However, it makes good espresso. It takes a long time to heat up and needs to be pressed twice for water to be pumped, the steam wand takes a long time to heat up and during the preparation of both coffee and froth, the light indicating that it is ready goes off. Overall, I would not recommend it.
δεν αγοράστηκε από Σκρουτζ. Εχω χρησιμοποιήσει άλλη της Izzy που έκανε τρομερό αφρογαλο και γενικά ήταν πολύ αποδοτικη- έκανε γύρω στα 100 γι αυτό είπα να δοκιμάσω τη singer-, η συγκεκριμένη δεν κάνει καν αφρογαλο αξιολογο, απλά το ζεσταίνει και το φουσκώνει με μπουρμπουληθρες. Ωστόσο κάνει καλό εσπρέσσο. Αργεί να ζεσταθεί και χρειάζεται να πατηθεί δύο φορές το κουμπί για την άντληση νερού, το ακροφύσιο αργεί να ζεσταθεί και κατά της διάρκεια της παρασκευης και καφέ και αφρογαλου σβήνει η λυχνία που δείχνει ότι είναι ετοιμο . Γενικά δεν θα την πρότεινα.
I have had it for a little while now with daily use. Simple for a manual, relatively complete, because I also tried a Morris retro series that was 20 - 25 euros more expensive, I would say it falls short quite a bit. The Morris had a much better flow and better crema with the same coffee.
Την έχω λίγο καιρό τώρα με καθημερινή χρήση . Απλή για manual κομπλέ σχετικά , επειδή δοκίμασα και μια morris retro series που έκανε 20 - 25 ευρώ παραπάνω θα πω υστερεί αρκετα. H morris eixe πολύ καλύτερη ροή και καλύτερο καϊμάκι με τον ίδιο καφέ.
