Purchased from (RETAILER), after 4 months of use, the screen burned out and nothing was working. It was returned to (RETAILER) for inspection and was completely replaced within a week. If the screen burns out, which also has an integrated chip, the machine does not work. Otherwise, it makes excellent coffee compared to other filter machines, where their coffee is simply undrinkable. Buy good coffee, it's worth it, you will enjoy it. Be careful with the carafe during cleaning, it costs (59euros). It looks beautiful on your countertop. I would give it a perfect score, but it is unpleasant for me to open the coffee lid and have several drops of water spill outside the funnel, which may enter the buttons and cause damage. (Just be a little careful when opening the lid using kitchen paper). It provides 2 coffee brewing programs, for example, one for weekdays and 1 for the remaining days. Coffee strength adjustment, carafe heating adjustment.

Excellent and with a huge capacity filter coffee maker, with one significant flaw. When opening the filter lid, water runs from the steam condensation towards the screen and after a while it loses its indications, the LED lighting burns.

After they replaced it with a new one within the warranty, I opened the lid and found the factory (and failed) attempt at insulation with elastic tape and silicone. However, I also found the simple solution. If the coffee maker leans forward towards the jug before opening the lid, the condensation water empties into the filter through the ventilation holes.

I am now optimistic that it will last as long as my old Krups (28 years, made in Switzerland) and not as long as the new "top" and poorly made Krups that I endured for a year.

And a few months later, it broke again... It completely died and the service does not inform me.

After one year, the circuit board broke. They replaced it at the service center and after 8 months, the new one broke again, also due to the circuit board. I don't have any issues with the power. The product is defective. Other than that, it makes excellent coffee and looks very nice on the countertop.

However, I also found the simple solution. If, before opening the lid, the coffee maker is tilted forward, towards the carafe, the condensation water drains into the filter through the ventilation holes.

UPDATE: After the second damage to the display, the company replaced the problematic part with an upgraded one and the problem was permanently resolved.

After 4 years, I can say that it is exactly what I expected from this specific company. I expected amazing construction materials, aesthetics, and reliability, but I did not expect it to perform at the level of professional machines specialized in this field. Take it without hesitation, it's a shame that Kitchenaid doesn't have a presence in Greece.
