The spiral hose that connects the vacuum to the base broke after one year without much use and without misuse; also, the wheels of the vacuum are held with clips that are of terrible quality, and of course, one of the wheels has already broken!!!!!

For its price, it is excellent. Low noise and good performance. Slightly heavier than the previous one, which I was used to with Miele. When you vacuum at low settings, it sounds like a gentle breeze. Okay, it is audible at high settings, but not as much as other vacuums. The only thing that bothered me about the vacuum is that even though it is quiet, you can hear the wheels of the base squeaking! So when you vacuum the whole house, it sounds like you're dragging and pulling the vacuum around. But we are lucky, we have grandparents downstairs with hearing issues. I hope you are equally lucky

Recent purchase. The performance seems excellent. Quiet. The only negative thing I find is that at the junction points of the components, the plastic with the metal of the base does not have a clip. When you vacuum very forcefully, for example a carpet, and you want to change the attachment for corners, sofas, it doesn't come off, it gets stuck.. This is a bit contradictory for a vacuum cleaner with an electronic indicator panel!

I give it three stars because its plastics are fake, especially the one that adjusts the floor and the carpet. It is quite silent on the carpet that I sweep the hairs - fluff it does not suck them up but gathers them in one place and I pick them up by hand. Okay, it's not very good, but for its price, it's okay.... I read the reviews and bought it, I have had it for a few days now, but I believe because I use a broom almost every day, it won't last long

A broom that is worth its money and is very good for its price as well. Its positives are its performance on both tiles and carpets with three power levels: min, medium, and max. At min, it is almost silent, while at max, the noise is very discreet, definitely lower than others. It has a tall handle, so it is convenient for tall people. Its negatives are the quality of the plastic parts, not that they are bad, but there is certainly room for improvement. I would definitely recommend it to someone because for the price of 70 euros, it is perhaps the best choice.

Excellent choice for the money. Quite powerful and definitely much quieter than others, which was the reason I chose it. It cleans very well both on the floor and on carpets. Good vacuum cleaner, its plastics are of good quality. For its power, it is strong on floors, I haven't tried it on carpet, but for the money I paid, I am very satisfied.

I gave it as a gift to my daughter. She has had it for about a month. She is thrilled with its power to remove the cat hairs from the couches and the floor.
