Kraft Hard Metal Extra Hardener is added to Kraft automotive paints and varnish paints, increasing the film’s hardness and resistance to abrasion and impact. It reduces drying time and improves weather resistance. It is clear and ready to use, for applications requiring curing at 60 °C and 70 °C.
Mix with the appropriate Kraft varnish paint at a ratio of 5–10% by volume, depending on the product. Apply the paint within 8 hours of mixing. A proportion greater than 10% by volume may make the film hard and brittle. Apply at temperatures between 5 °C and 35 °C. Clean tools with Kraft Nitro 1100.
