I use the Papoutsanis Karavaki orange shampoo, then I do a second wash with this shampoo and then I use the mask from the same Tahe Gold series for 5 minutes. I wash my hair every other day. After 1 month of use, I can say that I saw a big difference. My hair no longer looks like straw. I give 4 stars and not 5, because it is very expensive for today's standards and unfortunately I won't be able to buy it every time I run out
