I have had this phone since February '21 and before that I had an S8. After 3.5 years, I can say that it is worth the money I paid back then (around €800). The phone works perfectly throughout this period and I still don't feel the need to change it. With the battery on power saving mode permanently activated, it lasts me the whole day, as I use it quite a lot, both for internet and calls. The photos are good but not outstanding. The video quality is much better than the photos. I have the 12GB RAM version and it never lags, even when multitasking. I should also mention that its durability has pleasantly surprised me, as it has fallen off the table while in motion and nothing happened to it. However, I always use a genuine Samsung case, which may have played a role. Honestly, if I could go back in time, I would still buy the same phone.

Everything is excellent except for the battery which is average, in my opinion it is not worth its money especially now that it has become old.

With closed eyes, one of the best choices I have made in my life in terms of product, and I don't just mean mobile phones.
I am a freelancer and my work is constantly connected to my phone. The battery lasts normally and even more. Now, if some people use it excessively, let them charge it, because I had doubts before I bought it based on what I heard about the battery.

In the subject of photos and social media, it is fast and takes very good photos and videos... the battery could be better... it has many capabilities that I personally have not utilized.

Owner of the Note series from #1 to 20 Ultra. Basically, it was a one-way street. I have said it before in my previous review that the #3 was one of the best phones I've ever had. But let's talk about the Ultra 20: The phone at its best. I won't go into details about its camera, speed, screen, etc. I will just tell you that you won't regret spending over €1000 on it, as we have the best of the Note series in every aspect. You can imagine what I'm talking about. To conclude, the phone has been on the market for several months now, and in camera tests I conducted with the new iPhone, it simply made it look ridiculous.

Well, as a mobile user for 8 months now, I have noticed that it is generally very powerful with a good camera, resolution, etc. However, I find it unacceptable for a mobile phone that costs over 1000 euros to have such a poor battery and after a while, small details from various applications we use in our daily lives start to appear!

Terrible battery, face id simply doesn't work (I tried it with many faces), unacceptable pattern as it doesn't listen, mediocre photos. A huge disappointment.

Because for the top screen, the perfect photos have been said by others, I will stick to two main things.
1. The pen, which for anyone who wants to learn, is incredible...
2. The fact that along with the phone, you also get a computer that does everything exceptionally leaves us indifferent?
I wonder about those who test mobile phones and refer to half the time in video and audio editing (who really deals with these?) and do not mention the Samsung Dex...
My son wanted a mobile phone and a computer, and I simply gave him the Note 9 (my old phone).

Perhaps the best model of Samsung if you exclude the folding ones (which have the same features upside down). The pen is very useful even though I didn't expect to need it, very good gesture navigation, faster/more immediate than iPhone, and overall, a top-shelf device.

I'm exploring every feature. It doesn't lag or overheat. The screen is the best on the market. Complaints about Snapdragon or Exynos are not acceptable. We're talking about various things in the lab that no user sees for a phone that is now classic. I come from iPhone for 10 years. No comparison, especially in night shots. Plus, I was tired of the same design, the same wonderful but boring iOS. Not even a different ringtone. Here, every day a new phone. I started my Android journey with the Note 10. Owner of the mobile for about 5 months and it is flawless in whatever it does! Whether it is browsing, playing games or taking photos! Everything works perfectly at incredible speeds.. The only negative thing I could give it is that I would like its battery to last longer. The first 2 days it annoyed me with the battery, used to iPhone 11 pro and p40 pro... as soon as I turned off 5g, finally another phone... battery lasts a day with full usage at 120 hz. Everything enabled from data wifi Bluetooth automatic brightness and location. Great screen, camera is really good, not as good as p40 pro but very good. Amazing speed and the stylus is excellent... I recommend it for purchase.

The only reason you give this phone 4 stars is its battery life! I come from an 11 pro max and the only thing that surpasses the Note 20 ultra is truly ONLY the battery. Otherwise, it is a phone that is worth the money you find it on skroutz, not in the big chains. The screen, camera, and mobile speed are at the highest level. Owner of a few days! I don't know what you're saying about the battery, but it easily lasts me from morning until night with heavy usage (I do all my laptop work from here). With full resolution, almost everything is open (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, data, etc.). S pen is amazing! Now, whether it's worth buying depends on each person's perspective. If you just want a flagship for photos, social media, and small tasks, go for the S series. If you want computer capabilities and everything that comes with a flagship, go for the Note series. CORRECTION!!!! I tried the device again and I have to say that the battery performance after a week of use has nothing to do with the experience I had two months ago. I don't know if it was the specific device or if the company fixed it, but the software easily lasts 30 hours with continuous WiFi on!

With such unacceptable battery life, it's a waste of money. For someone who hasn't tried a flagship phone, it's impressive in terms of usage. In conclusion, the device is a beast and beautiful... with the classic Samsung issues, but nothing that would deter you from buying it!

Holder of all the NOTEs from 3 and onwards and with parallel use of other devices but never far away from NOTE since once you become a NOTE holder, you won't go to another device, sooner or later you will come back. As for the N20U, for better or worse, with its positives and (few) negatives, it is currently the most complete smartphone device on the market.
