It is very good for very cracked hands... it does a perfect job although at first it is a bit greasy. I have been using it for years and it has not disappointed me. The problem is that the first product that came out had a country of origin of Italy and now I find the cream with the same name but from a country of origin of Germany where the result is not the same. So be careful what you take..
