Use the strap tool included in the watch case. Alternatively, use a similar small object (e.g., earring, needle) to change or adjust the size of the strap.
Remove the bar holding the strap with the help of the above tool. Use it to push the spring bar through the hole from the side of the protrusion. This way, the spring bar will loosen from the hole and can easily be detached from the other protrusion.
Remove the strap, and pull out the bar that held it to the watch. The same bar will be used for attaching the new strap.
To attach the strap, you need to push the bar through the hole of the watch strap until both ends are aligned.
Place one end of the bar into one protrusion of the hole and push the other end towards the other protrusion of the hole to attach the strap to the watch.
