It does what it promises, quite well. You connect the phone line from the modem to the FXO, rj11 port, and an analog phone to the FXS. You set SIP on the FXS to turn the phone into digital, and SIP on the FXO to convert the line coming from the modem into digital. Thus, from the phone connected to the FXS, you can make outgoing calls from the FXO or, by calling from any SIP, the extension you have connected to the FXO, you can make calls through this line. I installed it on a Ubiquiti UDM SE (Unifi Talk) and it works flawlessly!
Update: After just a few months, the FXO burned out! The service moves at a snail's pace and I don't know how much longer they will leave us without the necessary equipment.
