The Optex WXI-RAM wireless motion sensor detects infrared movement and covers an angle of up to 90° at a distance of up to 12 m. SMDA Logic technology analyzes movement patterns together with environmental conditions to reduce false alarms. It features an antimasking function.

Settings and outputs can be configured separately for each side, while AND logic combines the upper and lower beams. The built-in mirror allows coverage of a selected area. A transceiver, not included, is required for wireless connection to an alarm control panel. It is powered by 3–3.6 VDC lithium batteries.
