No one has mentioned the creaking sound it makes when rotating the flexible spout, unless I missed it among the many comments. When you bend it, it goes crack crack. They replaced it for me as soon as I received it and noticed the issue; both the store and I considered it a defect and they sent me another one, which made an even worse creaking noise. I returned it again and we are now waiting for a response from the company, which is in Poland. They sent it and we have to wait about a month for a response, which is causing us problems. There is no official representative in Greece; if something goes wrong, only official resellers are available, but they are not responsible and they also refer to Poland. I hope the money will be refunded. In any case, we bought another faucet.

I've had it for almost 3 months now and it hasn't shown any wear so far. If something happens to the hose, there is a spare part and it can be replaced by unscrewing an allen screw without having to remove the faucet from the sink

Good fit and quality - So far So good - The installation is easy! don't waste 50 bucks on plumbers - it's 2 unscrews for the old one and another 2 screws for the new one with the water supply turned off and a good opportunity to clean the countertop under the sink! I have bought two pieces. I put one in the vacation home in the kitchen and the other in the bathroom for my wife to wash easily. I did the installation myself. If you know a little bit, it's not difficult. It's good to have the plumber's keys for the small nut. The only thing left is the time. How long will it last.

Since I have a pressurized supply at home, the faucet with the mom's attachments had leaks. I had to replace the plastic mechanism of the mixer with a higher quality one with better sealing rubber gaskets. Also, underneath, in the pipes, I had to put some plumber's tape (from Kostas) (just kidding) to seal them better as they were dripping. I also got a shower nozzle from temu since it doesn't come with one.

The choice was made to adjust the height since there is a window behind it and I want it to open without hitting another tall rigid faucet. For the money I bought it for, I don't know if I would choose it again since I have already spent at least another 20€ to fix it

I was informed by the store that it has a 5-year warranty on the mechanism and the point that could have an issue is the faucet hose, which, however, is not covered by the warranty. It is important not to use a filter because it will definitely cause a problem (according to the store's instructions). For its price, I think it is a good choice! One tip I can give in general for all mixing faucets, not just this one, is not to let completely hot water run because it gradually damages the mechanism from the high temperatures! (This has happened to me several times)

Very practical faucet, it really made my life easier in the kitchen. You can turn the spout wherever you want which is very helpful especially if you have a small kitchen-sink as you can fill the sink even if you have a lot of dirty dishes. The design is very beautiful. As for durability, time will tell! I hope it lasts.
