The Smart Control menus that I downloaded for screen adjustment are not aesthetically and functionally the best. The "blacks" are excellent although they cannot be adjusted, just like there are no independent Saturation and Backlight settings.

Pay attention only to the assembly of the base, you only have one chance and if it is "feminized" upside down, it cannot be reversed and it causes unimaginable trouble.

However, once the panel is installed and adjusted, it works flawlessly and is aesthetically beautiful with its borderless design.

    When I bought it, it was the cheapest 27-inch IPS FHD monitor with built-in speakers. It doesn't have very advanced features, but it is very comfortable due to the combination of large size - relatively small resolution and the 75 Hz refresh rate it supports. I find 27-inch 4K monitors rather tiring. In my opinion, 4K screens need a larger size so that they are not tiring - I know that the letters can be enlarged, but the rest of the control points remain as they are. The speakers are sufficient for basic applications. My only complaint is that when I put a PC on the VESA mount, the tilt of the screen was canceled because the VESA mount is too low. However, this is probably a special case and does not create a problem because the vertical/horizontal viewing angles are very wide. Otherwise, I have no complaints, the monitor is excellent for its price. Compared to other similar monitors from well-known brands (AOC, LG), it has nothing to envy.

It doesn't have very advanced features, but it is very comfortable due to the combination of large size - relatively small resolution and the 75 Hz refresh rate it supports. I find 27-inch 4K monitors rather tiring. In my opinion, 4K screens need a larger size so that they are not tiring - I know that the letters can be enlarged, but the rest of the control points remain as they are. The speakers are sufficient for basic applications. My only complaint is that when I put a PC on the VESA mount, the tilt of the screen was canceled because the VESA mount is too low. However, this is probably a special case and does not create a problem because the vertical/horizontal viewing angles are very wide. Otherwise, I have no complaints, the monitor is excellent for its price. Compared to other similar monitors from well-known brands (AOC, LG), it has nothing to envy.

I was looking to get something from Samsung and LG but for a 24-inch one that I wanted for up to 130 euros, everyone was complaining about the colors and uncomfortable stands. Finally, I decided to go with Philips because I had the chance to see how it performs at a friend's place.

    The only disadvantage is the speakers, which on the one hand do not have a high volume, on the other hand distort the voice too much, to the point where it is annoying. I had to use other speakers to have a decent sound. Otherwise, PERFECT screen!!! Very low power consumption, very thin, lightweight, and does not heat up AT ALL!!!

    I put three stars on the screen for someone who doesn't want it for gaming, it is the best choice I can make, although the colors are very bright even when you put it on low. At night, when I play, my eyes hurt many times. The speakers are pretty good, not for music, but they are good if you want to watch a video.
