The Meier M-U115 is a tabletop radio with an analog tuner and retro design that also plays music as an MP3 player. It receives AM, FM and SW stations and plays MP3 files from USB or an SD/TF memory card. The AUX input lets you connect external audio devices, such as a mobile phone or MP3 player.
It has built-in stereo speakers, a telescopic antenna and a remote control for operating it from a distance. It is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery or two UM-11 batteries and has a DC 5V microUSB charging port.
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Users generally appreciate the attractive retro look and powerful, often clear sound. They also mention easy Bluetooth pairing, USB and memory card playback, and a rechargeable battery, and consider it a convenient gift. However, the volume is difficult to adjust and changes abruptly, and there are complaints about the remote control, reception quality, and the device’s durability.
Apart from being a cute retro radio, being Bluetooth and taking a TF card and USB stick, it has nothing else.
Its sound, simply... can be heard. At my country house (that's what I got it for) it barely picks up 2 stations with great difficulty and only with surgical selection on the terrible knobs. The volume essentially has only 2 settings. On and Off. As soon as you try to turn up the volume from zero, it goes very high immediately. It is impossible to set it to listen to music quietly in the background.
Even though it's cheap, it's nothing but wasted money!
Οn και Off.
If we exclude the remote control which is useless, we are talking about a beautiful vintage radio with a USB slot, internet connection via Bluetooth, and many more! Powerful, clear sound, works with both electricity and battery!! In terms of quality, it's nothing amazing but you don't need anything more.
Update 12/9/2025. It lasted one winter and as soon as I turned it on this year it just turned off and never worked again. What a pity!
Aesthetically pleasing, average build quality, and a main drawback (perhaps of the unit I received) is that the sound does not respond linearly. One moment you can barely hear it in the room, and as soon as you try to increase the volume and move the knob a millimeter, it’s almost at maximum volume. Unfortunately, this is annoying and makes the radio difficult to use. Other than that, I haven’t tried other inputs, etc
I ordered it yesterday, it arrived today, and it is much better than the photos. Very easy to use, powerful sound, and beautiful in appearance. The only annoying thing is that the volume button requires some precision.
Very good. Yes, so far
Very good, very beautiful. Powerful and clear sound, only one speaker works. Bluetooth and USB work perfectly. The only drawback is that the numbers on the frequencies do not correspond exactly, for example, 92.7 catches after 94.0, but you get used to it. For its price, it is perfect.
Fantastic little radio! Beautiful and at a good price! The battery lasts a long time after charging. The cable for connecting to a tablet / mobile phone, etc. is not included in the package. I didn't bother with the remote control, as I read that it doesn't work (true).
Everything is fine except for the fact that in order to listen to low music, you have to take medication because it is very difficult to adjust it!
No matter how good reviews I had read, I did not expect it to be THAT good in any case! Incredible sound (only heard from one speaker, the other is decorative), very good radio signal without interference and very easy connection with Bluetooth with mobile. Of course, it is beautiful, lightweight, and in a very convenient size. For its price, it is PERFECT. The only drawback I can find is that the sound adjustment is sensitive and must be done carefully because it becomes very loud immediately from very low volume.
I did not expect that an analog radio would pick up the stations so clearly, especially since they are now so close to each other. Clear sound, powerful speaker (you need to try a little to achieve lower volume) and additionally it has a lithium battery, so it works perfectly without being plugged in or adding batteries!! I did not know about the lithium battery, I accidentally discovered it when my wife was listening to the radio without it being plugged in... and without me having opened it to insert batteries :P
The truth is that I bought this radio because of its elegant design! What you see in the picture, that's it! It reminds me of a vintage era, very beautiful and discreet! It works with batteries, but I have it permanently plugged in, of course. The sound from the sd card/usb/bluetooth is very good. The radio reminds me of an old analog radio device! The build quality is equivalent to the price. The remote control is useless since its range is less than half a meter. If you're going to be close, what's the point? In conclusion, my positive evaluation lies in its intended use... I connect my phone via bluetooth and the machine performs excellently, as well as in its retro appearance as I mentioned before! Value for money, so I recommend it :-)
Value for money οπότε το συστήνω :-)
I wanted a radio with a remote control, that's why I chose this one + the good reviews... The remote control doesn't work if you are more than half a meter away, so it's useless!! The sound is very loud but only good quality when using an SD card or USB, it struggles with the radio

Useless both the store and Skroutz... I ordered 3 items, none of them were properly packaged and 2 out of the 3 are wrong. No way to communicate with the store. No way to communicate with a person from Skroutz, only a stupid bot to fool people. They intentionally send wrong products. Instead of sending me the red one I ordered, they sent me the brown one which is a gift and doesn't match the space. Quality is 0. Poor reception on the radio, the voice doesn't decrease, the sound is awful, worse than a 5 euro speaker. I will never shop from a store through Skroutz again.

After one year it stopped working (it turns off by itself)
The truth is that I didn't expect it to be so good in sound.

Very good. Yes, so far
