The cable is flexible enough to help you pass it through the right points for neat cable management, but not excessively flexible to the point where you think it will break easily. I would say it has a high-quality cover. Unfortunately, I forgot to test the speeds and the PC is no longer in my hands, but definitely in the first few minutes of use and after installing drivers, programs, etc., I did not notice any issues.
I will definitely choose it again for my own future projects as well as for friends.
