Disappointment... initially from the mobile (android) through the app, the letters appear as "3d"! No matter what setting I tried, it didn't fix it.

Now from the computer, things are better, but still, the colors are off.. I have checked the inks many times. I would definitely not prefer it for color printing.

Honestly, I regret buying it.
So, it needs to be connected whenever it wants, and sometimes it doesn't do anything.
While I had another model from the same company with problems, I made the mistake and bought from the same company again.

The whole issue is that the printer needs to be connected to the same internet network as the device you are using to control it wirelessly (mobile or computer). This way, there are no issues and the work is done in seconds. I made the mistake because I have routers in my house to extend the WiFi, so they were not connected to the same network. Pay attention to this and everything will work perfectly. I recommend the product, it does its job well.
The only downside: the ink is not so economical.

I bought it because of the current situation and circumstances. I needed to print out my bills because I have done everything electronically. After reading some reviews, I chose this particular one. I wanted an affordable one that could connect to WiFi so I could do all my printing from my mobile phone!! I connected it directly very easily by downloading the Hp smart app. But it also prints without it because I have an iPhone XS which has AirPrint capability!! I have placed it next to the router and for now, I haven't experienced any connectivity issues. As some people write!! I hope it turns out good!!

In the first few days, it printed well, but then it started showing errors and wouldn't print (always wired). I had to unplug the cable and plug it back in... such a hassle!!!
Unfortunately, it was a very bad purchase that I made... if I could, I would return it!!!

I returned it IMMEDIATELY! Problems with connection and reconnection with the router and devices, with paper feeding, scanner feeding, ink alignment, HP "SMART" setting, slow and noisy printing and scanning... the worst all-in-one machine regardless of the company!

I had purchased this particular model in November 2020 from a store. It turned out to be defective. It took at least 3 to 4 minutes to print regardless of the color, as mentioned by another user here. Fortunately, I returned it immediately with DOA and they refunded me. If this happens to anyone, return it directly with the warranty as soon as possible because unfortunately HP only provides 1 year.

It is good for color and black and white documents, but if you want to print a few photos, don't get it, don't bother to print even one (1 second literally at 1,200 dpi). I chose it because it seemed nice, affordable, and of good quality. But it is only nice and affordable (at €75). In a few words, if you want it for an office only for documents, it is a good choice, but for anything else, stay away!

Slower than honey. On the first day, it printed a sphere, but then I don't know what happened and it takes 5 minutes to print.

The scanning works satisfactorily. The printing is serial. Every time you want to print wirelessly, you have to unplug it and plug it back in to accept any command. It's a mess, in other words. It was made to inconvenience people.

Upd. 13-12-20. I restored the operating system on the laptop and the connectivity problem was temporarily resolved, but after a while, it was the same again. I wouldn't choose it again.
Upd. 14-03-21. After a recent software update, it doesn't disconnect and accepts wireless printing normally, without needing a restart. The printouts are quite good. I hope it stays that way.

Everything is good with the printer for its price, it's just unacceptable that you can't scan through the mobile app even though it has it as an option, and it's also unacceptable that the packaging doesn't include a computer connection cable

It's not bad, it has gotten stuck in printing a couple of times, for example, it jams when I try to print 2 or 3 pages continuously. Also, I can't find compatible ink cartridges (if anyone knows where I can find compatible ink cartridge 305xl, please let me know..) the regular ink cartridges cost around €11 for 120 pages and €20 for 240 pages!

Terrible....it doesn't connect to the app, it's complicated and the print quality is terrible as well...meanwhile, in the app it shows that I can connect with a cable if it can't be done with wifi, but there was no cable.

I am very disappointed. Sometimes it prints at a turtle's pace. Luckily, I only have it for home use, for my child's assignments.

Very good printer for its price! I chose it because it has a good price on ink cartridges... The printer came with 2 full ink cartridges, black and tri-color... Easy installation... You download the app on your mobile or tablet and it connects and prints directly... It scans... It sends faxes, etc... Value for money

For its price, there is no better. Truly, one of the most cost-effective purchases I have made.

Very good machine, I have it for 1 week, it works great and connects easily to the internet and with devices (mobile, laptop, etc.). It comes with 2 inks, one black and one with colors blue, red, yellow. It is very fast and has both glass and external input for reading.
