    I give it 4 stars for two reasons: 1) because its plastic is not the best. It could have better plastic at this price; of course it could. I have similar sockets that have better plastic and cost the same. Okay, but this doesn't create any problem. 2) Surge protection is measured in Joules, it says the response time in all descriptions, but nowhere is the amount of Joules of protection mentioned. Of course, it's not the only socket (or power strip) that doesn't mention it. Normally, in any product that has surge protection, the Joules should be mentioned. The switch is convenient, I have it and I also have a legrand power strip that doesn't have a switch. And with this socket, you can turn off the power whenever you want. As for surge protection, the future will show, I will come back with an edit in my review.

    Extra: It's positive that it has thermal protection in the switch, this is not mentioned anywhere but it exists.

    Should you get it? Of course, you should get it. Don't leave your fridge, washing machine, air conditioner, TV, consoles, etc. without protection, I have paid for it dearly. Expensive when there was no protection, I know something. I have bought several sockets. Now there is no device in my house that is not in a power strip with surge protection or in individual sockets, both from this brand and others.
