Good in use but the quality is terrible... I have bought quite a few of this kind and in the end, the quality in all is average to bad.

Cheap construction. I bought 2... one of them broke the internal foam that supports the massage heads (so the device became useless), the second one had the power cable cut internally (because the joint had minimal solder). Average operating time: 6 months. Unless someone needs it for very (very) light massage, without putting too much pressure on it. With a little more pressure, various sounds can be heard...

Excellent VFM product. I use it not only for the neck but also for the lower back. One and a half years later and it hasn't broken yet.

The balls do not have elasticity and sometimes hurt.

Also, sometimes it stops as soon as you start it and then continues without reason whenever it wants.

Just received it and tried it immediately.. very easy to use and I am really satisfied with the results on my neck so far!

Let me tell you the truth, I wasn't sure how good it would be. It's not like a person rubbing you, but it does the job. I don't know how long it will last, I've been using it on my neck, waist, and legs, and it does a good job. My wife enjoys it more because it helps with her posture at work. Her legs hurt and this machine helps her relax. It's good, it has 3 massage levels, vibration, and heat if you want it. It also has an option for heat, although I haven't tried it yet. I can say it's a value for money machine

It does what it promises. Maybe if it had a longer cable, it would be even better.

Update. 6 months later with moderate use, it gave up

I got it as a gift after reading reviews about someone who suffers from neck pain and has undergone several physical therapies. They didn't believe that such a machine would do such a good job.

In no way do you expect it to replace a masseur, let alone a physical therapist. But the relief it provides, which you can have every day, is worth more than the low price (one session with a masseur or physical therapist) and this from the comfort of your own home while watching TV.

There have been times when I woke up in the morning with stiffness and a headache from the stiffness, and I tried using it for 10 minutes. Well, those ten minutes saved me from taking painkillers again.

As for its durability, time will tell, but for now, using it daily for a month, a total of 15-20 minutes, it hasn't had any issues.

VFM 100%. I have used a similar one for 70 euros and it did the same job. The only difference is that this one sounds a little as it works, while the other one doesn't. But at this price, personally, it sounds like a melody to me. Quite powerful even at low volume. It comes with an adapter for a regular socket or a car. I didn't feel the heating adjustment very strongly, but anyway, the area warms up due to friction.

It is not bad, but the heads are very hard, so it causes discomfort when using it. I put a towel in between, it would be better if the heads were more flexible. The quality is not very good, sometimes one head comes off and I have to put it back on. If it wasn't so tight, it wouldn't have a problem here either.

I would like an alternative way of attachment, not just with the hands, so that it can be used more easily and elsewhere

I got it for 13€. It does a very good job for the money. It has 3 intensities to choose from. I got one for my uncle and he was equally satisfied

It is a top product that immediately relieves muscle pain (not neurological). Grip, strain, etc. in any part of the body and if you apply it, with a little patience in keeping it above where it hurts, it really relieves it. I also got it for my mother who suffers from middle neck pain and she noticed a difference.
