I bought the kettle on 20/1/23. Initially, I was very satisfied, the only problem was that the lining was on the inside and not clearly visible, but I quickly got used to it. Also, it started leaking after about 5 months, but I mainly use filtered water. Unfortunately, in July it developed a problem and the lid no longer closed properly. I sent photos and they told me it needs servicing. Since there is no service in Greece, only in Germany, I had to go without a kettle for a month. When I took it to the store to give it for servicing, because the lid no longer closed properly, the filter broke, so it was no longer under warranty. The fortunate thing was that with the impact, the lid started closing again! However, the filter is integrated into the lid, so it cannot be replaced, and it still needed to go for servicing. From Germany, they didn't even tell me if it can be fixed or how much it will cost, they insisted that we first send it for them to inspect. The merchant suggested that I use the kettle without the filter, since I already have a water filtering system anyway. In the end, I have a relatively expensive kettle that broke quite quickly and servicing is almost prohibitive due to the distance.
Αγόρασα τον βραστήρα στις 20/1/23. Αρχικά ήμουν πολύ ευχαριστημένη, το μόνο πρόβλημα ήταν ότι η διαγράμμιση ήταν εσωτερικά και δεν φαινόταν καθαρά, αλλά γρήγορα το συνήθισα. Άλστα έπιασε περίπου στους 5 μήνες, αλλά χρησιμοποιώντας κυρίως φιλτραρισμένο νερό. Δυστυχώς τον Ιούλιο παρουσίασε ένα πρόβλημα και το καπάκι δεν έκλεινε πια καλά. Έστειλα φωτογραφίες και μου είπαν ότι χρειάζεται service. Επειδή δεν υπάρχει service στην Ελλάδα, παρά μόνο στη Γερμανία, έπρεπε να μείνω έναν μήνα χωρίς βραστήρα. Πηγαίνοντάς το στο κατάστημα να το δώσω κι επειδή δεν έκλεινε πια καλά το καπάκι, έσπασε το φίλτρο, οπότε ήταν πλέον εκτός εγγύησης. Το ευτύχημα ήταν ότι με το χτύπημα πλέον έκλεινε το καπάκι! Το φίλτρο όμως είναι ενσωματωμένο στο καπάκι, οπότε δεν αντικαθίσταται, και πάλι έπρεπε να πάει για service. Από τη Γερμανία δεν μου έλεγαν καν αν φτιάχνεται ή πόσο θα κοστίσει, επέμεναν ότι πρέπει πρώτα να το στείλουμε να το δούνε. Ο έμπορος μού πρότεινε να χρησιμοποιώ τον βραστήρα χωρίς φίλτρο, δεδομένου ότι ούτως ή άλλως έχω σύστημα φιλτραρίσματος του νερού. Τελικά έχω έναν σχετικά ακριβό βραστήρα που χάλασε αρκετά σύντομα και που το service είναι σχεδόν απαγορευτικό λόγω αποστάσεως.
