No relation to the older quality staplers of the same company! Poor construction that constantly distorts and jams the wires!

I had the same product years ago and had no issues with it.
I bought it again recently and from the first day, it started jamming the staples. I don't know if it's just me, but I believe the material quality may have decreased.
I would give it one star, but because I have used it before and it actually works properly, it is worth the extra money. However, judging from my recent purchase, NO. Go for something a bit more expensive, you won't regret it

I had them for at least a decade before they broke.
This one broke within two days.

I had the same one for twenty years with a heavy workload. This is NOT the same. The wire gets tangled after a little use and you need to remove the binder with the wires to check if something is stuck in the front and put it back on. I am still looking for a durable one.

I bought my first one in 1991! Four years ago, I bought a second one. No, the first one didn't break, it still works perfectly while I use it constantly (constantly photocopying for students), but my wife also needed one. The spring doesn't break like in other staplers, where you have to buy a new one. It staples well up to 10 sheets, it's not meant for pounding nails into the wall!!
