    + Comfortable placement.

    Negative:
    - The grip has nothing to do with the natural feeling of pulling the rod compared to lifting straps.
    - You cannot perform Deadlifts and generally Row-type handles.

    Maybe I'm used to lifting straps, but I didn't keep the product for more than an hour and sent it back immediately.
