I was turning the bottle upside down and spraying normally without needing to wash it. In the end, of course, it stays a little more in the bottle than it should.
The negative is the sugar it contains and sprays on the teeth.

I expected to have a blood test in order to evaluate it.
I have had gastric bypass surgery years ago, so I don't absorb iron pills or liquid well (and I feel heavy). My lowest iron level has reached 10 and it didn't increase with any pill.
This specific product raised my iron by 20 units in less than a month (proven by blood tests).
Its taste is very nice (apple) and for better absorption, you need to spray it on your cheeks and under your tongue, without swallowing for 30 seconds.
It says that you can take it regardless of food, but I recommend taking it simultaneously with vitamin C, either in pill form or in orange juice on an empty stomach, and not eating afterwards - you won't have any discomfort or bloating.
Now I have also started taking vitamin K with D and I hope it will have the same results.
