I have generally tried quite a few shampoos, both expensive and cheap, and unfortunately, many of the 'expensive' shampoos cause me hair loss, but this one surprised me positively. It doesn't dry out my hair or my scalp. I feel like it strengthens them somewhat. It doesn't weigh the hair down. It doesn't make it oily. On the negative side, I would say that it is quite pricey for the amount, but fortunately, it lasts
