The LDF LTE6 kit is a device suitable for remote locations covered by a cellular network. It connects to any satellite TV dish (NOT included) and the dish acts as a reflector, significantly boosting the signal.
By using fairly large dishes, it is possible to boost the antenna up to 30 dBi and above. This means that internet connection is feasible even in areas where there is normally no cellular coverage. Storms are not a concern either – with IP68 certification, the LDF LTE6 kit withstands dust, dirt, and sand, as well as temporary immersion in water.
The LDF LTE6 kit features a CAT6 LTE modem, which allows for channel aggregation and enables the device to use multiple bands simultaneously, offering an advantage when there are many LTE users in the area. It provides better responsiveness and higher efficiency in cases of weak signal in rural areas.
