They are very thick and the Velcro straps make it a bit difficult for me to fasten them. However, maybe this happens with all weights of this type that are 2+ kilos because they contain a lot of sand inside

For exercises at home, they are good. For walking with them, they are not so convenient because they are very bulky. In the past, I had some that were more compact for this use, which were like consecutive sand cylinders joined together.

With relatively little use for a year at home, they were fine.
I started wearing them for brisk walking outside and on the 4th time they started losing the material inside and now they are unsuitable for use inside the house.
Για ασκήσεις στο σπίτι είναι καλά. Για περπάτημα με αυτά δεν βολεύουν τόσο γιατί είναι πολύ φουσκωτά. Παλιότερα είχα κάποια πιό μαζεμένα για αυτή την χρήση που ήταν σαν διαδοχικοί κύλινδροι άμμου ενωμένοι.

Ξεκίνησα να τα φοράω για γρήγορο περπάτημα έξω και την 4η φορά άρχισαν να χάνουν από το υλικό που έχουν μέσα και τώρα είναι ακατάλληλα για χρήση μέσα στο σπίτι.

The metal parts had rust.

As for the quality, the dumbbells are excellent! However, if someone wants to wear them on their feet, their strap is short, resulting in the need for a tight fit to secure them, which is annoying on the foot, and borderline uncomfortable. Several times they came loose during exercise. Some other amila ones I had, which were the same weight, and essentially replaced with these, did not have such an issue, as they had a longer velcro. If you want them for the hands only, they are great!

Ουκ ολίγες φορές μου λύθηκαν επάνω στην άσκηση. Κάποια άλλα amila που είχα του κιλού και ουσιαστικά αυτά αντικατέστησα με τα δικιλα δεν είχαν τέτοιο θέμα, είχαν πιο μακρύ velcro.
