    For the 140 euros that it cost when it was given to me as a gift, I expected to be able to use it fully. Yes, it made my hair soft, but other cheaper products can do that too. The issue is that it has these serum balls inside which you have to open and break from half the bottle onwards, as shown in the photo, because the pump gets clogged! No one warned me about this! It's a good product recommendation but it's a hassle
