This particular set was added to an already installed custom liquid cooling circuit. They were placed in a 360 radiator in a push configuration from the inside of the PC upwards, due to the fact that these fans have a good static pressure rating and relatively good airflow. They can only be heard at full speed and they are not bothersome.
Additionally, the RGB pattern is particularly beautiful as it creates a pixelized effect on the blades, making them appear crystalline. It is very different from regular RGB fans with transparent or white blades. Also, when the speed is lowered, the effect becomes more pronounced.
