I saw some comments that the product is not good (e.g., that the curls don't hold, or that the person's hair who used it got burned). Nevertheless, I decided to take the risk and buy it. I have to say that the negative comments are due to user mishandling. The product is excellent, especially for its price, it has different temperatures on a digital display, heats up quickly, and with a simple tutorial video from YouTube, you can find out how to use a curling iron correctly; it's not particularly difficult. The curls, if done the right way and the right products are used (heat protection product and then if you wish a spray for hold), last for 3 days on long hair. The size of 25mm makes medium or slightly larger curls depending on the size of the section. If your curls are not turning out as I saw in some comments, you are taking very large sections, and it would be better to try a 32mm or 35mm iron.

While I have purchased another product from the same company and was also not satisfied, I bought it based on the reviews of other buyers! I really wonder about the high rating of the device! It definitely does not create strong curls and the result lasts for only two hours. I also consider it expensive for what it offers. I simply wasted 40€ and I will probably wait to replace it.

I chose this specific product (because I saw in YouTube videos that this size is required for the result I desire) in combination with the reliability of the company and the reviews. I will also say that it does not make strong curls. I have long straight hair and I would like the curvature that comes out to be more pronounced. If I hold each section for a longer time, something happens, but that means it requires more time.. Generally, I don't think I'm doing anything wrong... I would replace it..

Honest curling iron. My hair is very straight and doesn't hold curls. However, if they are freshly done and with the use of a good hairspray, the curls will last for several hours and the overall result will be decent. I don't know how much the curling iron is responsible for this, though. I believe its technical features are good (e.g. heats up quickly), but I don't know if it's responsible for how long the curls will hold in my hair.

Overall, I have a huge issue with my hair and honestly, for the money, it is perfect. I am very happy with my purchase - I use it every day. It heats up very quickly and overall it will hold the shape in my hair.

The product is generally very good, but it doesn't work for my hair. I have straight thin hair and the curl doesn't hold for any reason :( I avoid using hair spray because afterwards they look like straw. :|

It is a good curling iron. It doesn't damage the hair and heats up quickly. Regarding the result and duration, if you use it with the right products and without a mask during washing, it lasts much longer. My hair is long and I didn't have any problems. Its use is simple, it creates a nice curl, neither too tight nor too loose. Also, if you use it from bottom to top, it will create a curl, if you grab the section from top to bottom, it creates a youthful tousled look.
