The Applimo Gialix 12 MT+ is a wall-mounted electric boiler with a stainless steel body and a heating capacity of 10,318 kcal/h. It features a cast-iron heat exchanger, 316L stainless steel heating elements, and an electronic control panel with an LCD display. The hydraulic components are mounted on the heat exchanger, while the electrical components are housed in a separate box.

It supports operation in high-temperature systems, with a safety thermostat set to 100 °C. It can also be connected to underfloor heating, with the maximum temperature adjustable from 20 to 50 °C. Its power can be adjusted after installation, and it can be paired with a water heater to produce domestic hot water. Outdoor temperature compensation and certain functions require an external sensor.
